Hi I have not used the machine yet but I am completely confident it will be excellent
your customer service was excellent every thing I asked was answered promptly
tha machine looks and feels quality . As I said I bought this for personnel use to lift me up and down a harbour wall to board my small fishing boat as I am not fit enough to climb the ladders.
